# ATLAS Quantum Network Integration URL: https://atlaspower.ai/quantum-network ATLAS does not build the quantum network. ATLAS governs the sessions that run over it. The research ecosystem is producing quantum links, memories, entanglement swapping, and commercial node hardware over existing telecom fiber. Those efforts solve transport. ATLAS solves what a network operator must answer next: who requested this, under what policy, what was consumed, and what record survives review. Session workflow: REQUEST → VERIFY → AUTHORIZE → TRANSMIT → RECORD. ## Integration surfaces 1. **Quantum-Secured Energy Sessions (nearest-term)** — PowerOS establishes and signs authenticated wireless-power sessions using NIST-aligned post-quantum primitives (ML-KEM / ML-DSA) inside ATLAS QuantumVault™. Key establishment is modular: where a quantum-distributed key is available from a partner network, it can be consumed as a key source for the same governed session workflow. ATLAS does not build, operate, or claim quantum-key-distribution hardware. 2. **Quantum-Aware Resource Orchestration (shared primitive)** — ATLAS Cortex™ (the AI orchestration layer inside PowerOS) runs quantum-inspired heuristics on classical hardware — including QAOA-style and annealing-style approaches — to schedule authenticated sessions and resolve contention. The same solver class applies to distribution scheduling with a different objective function. Quantum-inspired optimization runs on classical silicon; no quantum-computing hardware claim, no quantum-advantage claim. 3. **Governed Power for Quantum-Edge Equipment (physical adjacency)** — PowerLink X1 and X2 reference endpoints provide a validation surface for authenticated, monitored, low-power delivery to edge instrumentation (free-space optical heads, polarization controllers, timing references). Current pilot engagements are first-party demonstration engagements with an entity affiliated with ATLAS leadership. Satellite links are evaluated for telemetry and backhaul connectivity only; no power is transmitted over satellite.
